Was born in 1971. Graduated from "New Humanities University" (1997) and the Higher business school of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation (1999).

From 2004 to 2006 held a post of the CEO of CHIP and DIP network.

From 2006 to 2008 held different positions in JSC "Ruselectronics". In 2008 it was appointed to the position of the deputy CEO of JSC "Ruselectronics".

In the spring of 2009 came to JSC Angstrem M to a position of the chief executive. In June, 2010 it was appointed the First Deputy CEO of JSC Angstrem, later - the president of Angstrem group.

On April 10, 2013 it became known that Tverskoy Court of Moscow arrested two top managers of the Angstrem group belonging to the ex-Minister of Communications Leonid Reiman on the case of waste in especially large size.

It is about the former president, and nowadays the deputy director general of group Alexey Tabolkin and the ex-financial director of group of companies Nikolay Pereverzev. They are arrested by court till June 2 and 3, 2013 respectively according to the petition of police.

According to the edition, Tabolkin and Pereverzev were delayed at the beginning of April, 2013 during operation which was performed by police officers and FSB. According to edition sources, at the time of detention they on hands had an amount in the amount of 100 million rubles which they cashed shortly before it. As interlocutors of the edition note, these funds were allocated under one of contracts then they were brought to accounts of a phony company under the agreement of subcontracting, cashed and had to be appropriated.

At suspects searches were spent at home, and in office of Angstrem there took place seizure of documents.

As reported in police, development of suspects was conducted within several months. Tabolkin and Pereverzev are suspected of commission of crime under the article "assignment or waste, i.e. the plunder of someone else's property entrusted guilty of especially large size, committed by organized group". Threatens them up to 10 years of imprisonment and large penalties.
