Biography

Education

Dmitry Talayev graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.

Also gained the diploma of MVA at the Higher school of business of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Career

Since 1996 worked in Rosgosstrakh company as the specialist in department of reinsurance, then – the head of development department of reinsurance transactions.

From 2002 to 2004 headed management of strategic development and department of market sales in Sogaz.

In 2005-2006 was the deputy chief executive medical insurance of Capital insurance company.

In 2007 headed directorate on underwriting and reinsurance in Sogaz.

Since 2013 entered into board and worked as the chief executive of this in Sogaz, supervised the block of underwriting of corporate types of insurance and reinsurance.

In 2018 it was appointed the head of the block on work with the energy industry enterprises and the heavy industry of PJSC SK Rosgosstrakh, was responsible for the organization of sales of insurance products to key clients, reinsurance, underwriting for insurance contracts of property and insurance of construction risks.

In October, 2019 Dmitry Talayev is appointed the deputy CEO – the director of corporate business of Soglasie insurance company. In its subordination – all departments of the company which are responsible for corporate insurance and reinsurance.
