Biography

In 2005 she graduated from the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, and in 2009 - master's degree at the Higher School of State Administration of Moscow State University. She defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of legal sciences.

In 2004-2011 - worked in organizations of the commercial sector.

In 2009-2011 - was engaged in teaching at Moscow State University. Lomonosov.

In 2011-2015 - Assistant Head, Head of the Department of Organizations of the Socio-Cultural Sphere and Foreign Property, Head of Branch Organizations and Foreign Property of the Federal Agency for State Property Management.

In January - April 2015 - Acting Director of the Department of Coordination, Development and Regulation of Foreign Economic Activity.

In April 2015, she was appointed Director of the Corporate Governance Department of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

In July 2018, she was appointed assistant to the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

Since December 29, 2018 - Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

In April 2021, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin dismissed Oksana Tarasenko from the post of deputy minister of economic development at her request, follows from a government order. It was reported that Ms. Tarasenko could go to Rosneft and become an adviser to the president of the company in the rank of vice president.
