Diaghilev did not specify whether he plans to take the post of head of the relevant department again. He said that he decided to take part in the SVO, based on personal beliefs and life principles.

2024: Penalty for purchasing servers and computers instead of medical equipment
At the end of October 2024, it became known that in the Komi Republic, Acting Minister of Health Tatyana Marunich was fined ₽20 thousand for misuse of budget funds during procurement. The corresponding decision was made by the Syktyvkar City Court, finding the official guilty of violating the rules for spending federal budget funds allocated for the re-equipment of medical institutions.
According to Medvestnik, in the period from 2020 to 2022, the Komi Republic received funding by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1772 of December 30, 2018. The funds were intended for the purchase of medical equipment for institutions providing assistance to patients with cancer. However, according to the audit of the Chamber of Control and Accounts, part of the funds received was spent on the purchase of servers and computer systems for storing angiography data, which did not correspond to the intended purpose of the allocated funding. As a result, the amount of illegally spent funds amounted to more than ₽3,2 million.
During the period to which the revealed violations belong, Tatyana Marunich held the position of Deputy Minister of Health of the Komi Republic. She was brought to administrative responsibility under Article 15.14 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, which provides for punishment for misuse of budget funds. The court order has not yet entered into legal force.
Since April 2024, Tatyana Marunich has again been appointed Acting Minister of Health of Komi, replacing Sergei Bulatov in this position, who worked as minister for only four months.[2]
