Career

1994: SKB-Bank

In 1994, she got a job at SKB-Bank as an operator, but soon she headed the additional office of Vostochny as a boss. Then for about four years she was the manager of the Zapadny dopophis.

In 2003, she took the post of head of the client block, in 2005 - the credit financing department, in 2008 she became director of the retail business department of SKB-Bank.

On May 15, 2018, Tatyana Ushkova took office as Chairman of the Board of Absolut Bank. As explained in the credit institution, the appointment was agreed at the Bank of Russia, after earlier, on March 6 of this year, Ushkova's candidacy was approved by the bank's general meeting of shareholders.

In her new role, Tatyana Ushkova is in general management, focusing on the implementation of Absolut Bank's new development strategy "as a niche player with a focus on high-tech development in priority business areas."
