Tkhakushinov Aslanchery Kitovich

Tkhakushinov Aslanchery Kitovich is the head of the Republic of Adygea (it is chosen for a period of January 13, 2012 till January 13, 2017). Party member United Russia.

Biography

Was born on July 12, 1947 in the aul of Ulyap of Krasnogvardeisky district of Adygea, Russia.

Education

1970 - graduated from philological faculty of the Adygei state teacher training college.

1977 - graduated from faculty of physical training of the Adygei state teacher training college.

Scientific degree, academic status

Doctor of sociological sciences, professor.

Career

1971 - 1983 - was on executive positions in committees on physical culture and sport.

1983 - 1994 - held a position of the director and CEO in the system of vocational training of Maykop; worked as the director of technical training college No. 17 of the Republic of Adygea.

1994 - 2006 - the rector of the Maykop state Institute of Technology (nowadays Maykop state technology university).

1981 - For 1990 - it was several times elected the deputy of the Maykop city council of People's Deputies.

1990 - it is elected the deputy of the Adygei regional council of People's Deputies.

1992 - 1996 - the deputy of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Adygea, the member of Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Adygea. In the first convocation of parliament of Adygea it headed committee on culture, education and affairs of youth. Later presided in parliamentary committee on humanitarian issues.

2000 and 2004 - was an authorized representative of Vladimir Putin during the presidential elections.

On January 13, 2002 - participated in the election of the president of Adygea and collected 2.6% of votes, having taken the fifth place from seven candidates.

December 6, 2006 - Vladimir Putin submitted for consideration of the State Council of Adygea Aslan Tkhakushinov's candidacy for investment with its powers of the President of the Republic. The candidate of the member of the United Russia Tkhakushinov for a post of the head of Adygea was proposed by the Russian President's Plenipotentiary in the South federal district Dmitry Kozak in coordination with general council of a batch. On December 13, 2006 the State Council — Hase of Adygea at another, 10th session, gave to Aslancheriya Tkhakushinov authority of the president^[1].

On January 13, 2007 - entered a position during the ceremonial meeting of the State Council - the republics Hase^[2].

At State Duma elections of the fifth convocation in 2007 Aslan Tkhakushinov was proposed as the candidate according to the federal list of a batch United Russia.

On December 7, 2011 - the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev made Aslan Tkhakushinov's nomination for investment with its powers of the Head of the Republic of Adygea for the second term.

2011 - carried out personal reception of citizens in the Russian President's reception in the Republic of Adygea.

On January 13, 2012 - in the building of the State philharmonic hall there took place the ceremony of taking office of the head of the republic. Aslan Tkhakushinov in the second time in a row becomes the president of the Republic of Adygea.

On December 27, 2012 - ^[3] participated in a final meeting of the State Council of the Russian Federation in Moscow].

Scientific activity

Full member of Academy of social sciences of the Russian Federation and Academy of natural sciences of the Russian Federation, and some other Russian and international academies.

Author of a number of monographs and more than 100 scientific works.

Worked as the deputy CEO of the International biographic center of Cambridge for Europe. Member of editorial boards of magazines "Izvestia of higher educational institutions. North Caucasian region", "Scientific thought of the Caucasus", Verb of the Caucasus.

Awards and titles

• January 12, 1993 - The honored teacher of vocational training of the Russian Federation - for merits in the field of vocational training and long-term honest work.

• 1998 - The honourable diploma of the Russian fund of human measurements Renaissance - "The person on the place" of "People of year" in the field of education (The Cambridge biographic center).

• 2003 - The Medal "Glory of Adygea" - for merits in formation of the higher school of the republic

• December 20, 2004 - An Order of Honour - for the achieved labor success and long-term fruitful activity.

• July 12, 2007 - The order "For Merit to the Fatherland" 4th Class - for a big contribution to social and economic development of the republic and long-term fair work^[5].

• 2008 - Award of public recognition "Honourable Citizen of Russia".

• 2012 - The Order of Friendship - for a big contribution to strengthening of friendship and cooperation of the nations and nationalities, high achievements in development of economic and scientific capacity of Russia, for especially fruitful activities for rapprochement and mutual enrichment of cultures of the nations and nationalities, consolidation of peace and friendship between the states^[6].

• On September 24, 2012 - it is awarded with a rank "Honored Worker of Science of the Republic of Dagestan" - for merits in scientific activity^[7].

• Order of Saint Stanislaus (International prize organization "Order of Saint Stanislaus").

• Peter the Great's medal - for merits in revival of science and economy of Russia (Managers of a New Era fund).

• Honored worker of science of Kuban and Republic of Adygea.

• Diploma and sign "Knight of Science and Art".

• Honourable citizen of the aul of Ulyap; the street in the aul of Ulyap is called by his name.

Interesting Facts

On July 12, 2007, on Aslancheriya Tkhakushinov birthday, the group of climbers conquers anonymous peak 3092 meters high which in fact is the second highest mountain in all Northwest Caucasus after Chugush (3238 m). At top of the mountain flags of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Adygea are set up and also the designating symbol with the engraved text is attached: "From now on the top bears a name of the President of Adygea Aslan Tkhakushinov". Representatives of administration of the Maykop district, civil defense and emergency of the Republic of Adygea, Caucasus Biosphere Reserve and press group of republican media participated in the action initiated by Committee of the Republic of Adygea on tourism and resorts. The top is designed to become the character of conquest of any heights by the republic under the leadership of Aslan Tkhakushinov^[8].

June, 2011 - was in the Krasnodar edge clinical hospital No. 1 of S.V. Ochapovsky where to it planned examination and treatment, during which stenting of vessels of heart is executed, was conducted^[9].

Hobbies

"I have not enough opportunity on rest. But, when it turns out, with permanent interest I turn over works of ancient philosophers, I get acquainted with sociological new products. With pleasure I trace sports channels. I review our good old Soviet comedy films, in them there is a lot of light and heat. Very much I love Emma Shaplin's voice … The best time is the time spent in a circle of my family. I am darling and the loving grandfather. I have two wonderful grandsons – eleven-year-old Madina and five-year-old Ruslan. And when the granddaughter nestles on me the gentle cheek, and the grandson yours faithfully calls Tata, I understand that it is my most great happiness for the sake of what it is worth living. Yes, with age you begin to understand a lot of things and to appreciate a lot of things differently. You rejoice to trifles, you appreciate each lived day..."^[10].

Marital Status

He is married, there are a son and grandsons.
