Tatyana Tolmacheva is appointed to the position of the director of Cisco Systems LLC of strategic development of business in March, 2011. She sees the main objective on this post searching, assessment and implementation of new opportunities for expansion of business and gain of positions of Cisco company in the Russian market.

Among key activities of Tatyana there are a localization and implementation in Russia of global programs of strategic development of Cisco and also development of offers on mastering of the new directions of business which will serve as the catalyst of growth of a share of the company in the Russian market. In addition, Tatyana will be engaged in formation and program implementation, the markets, stimulating development target for Cisco. It will work in close cooperation with leadership team of Cisco Systems LLC under the direct guide of Chase Nelson, the senior director of Cisco on strategic development of business in emerging markets, for the purpose of preparation and the embodiment of the development plan for Cisco company in Russia.

Tatyana started the career in the telecommunication industry in 1999 in Metrosvyaz company where she participated in the venture project on construction of CDMA networks in regions of Russia. Was responsible for investor interaction in Pentakom company (the multiservice operator of cable television of the Moscow region) later. During the period from March, 2004 to April, 2009 Tatyana directed carrying out researches and consultations on the telecommunication markets of Russia, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries in the analytical agency iKS-Consulting, being one of its founders and his managing partner. In the field of industry consulting Tatyana worked more than nine years. Took part in project implementation, connected with different segments of the telecommunication market in Russia and other CIS countries. In May, 2009 Tatyana became a director of business development in Russia and other CIS countries in Frost & Sullivan company from where afterwards and passed to work into Cisco Systems LLC.

Tatyana is a graduate of the Nizhny Novgorod state linguistic university of N.A. Dobrolyubov from which she graduated in 1989 Besides, in 2000 she completed training in Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, and three years graduated from Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics in the Marketing direction within the presidential program of management training for the organizations of the national economy of the Russian Federation later.
