Tamara Tomaeva was born on March 1, 1985 in the Republic of North Ossetia - Alania.
Education
In 2007, she graduated with honors from the North Ossetian State Medical Academy with a degree in Medical Medicine, and in 2009 North Ossetian State University named after K. Khetagurov with a degree in Jurisprudence. In 2009, she completed her residency studies in Organization health care and Public Health, and in 2012, she completed her internship in Dermatovenerology at the North Ossetian state Medical Academy.
After successfully completing the educational internship program "Development of Human Capital in the Interests of Achieving National Goals," Tomaeva received a corresponding certificate from the Pudong Academy of Leading Personnel in China, and was included in the final list of persons included in the federal reserve of top-level management personnel.
Career

Since 2008, Tomaeva worked in the Committee on Social Policy, Health and Veterans Affairs of the Parliament of the RSO - Alania. In 2014, she moved to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of North Ossetia - Alania.
2005: Appointment as Head of the Ministry of Health of the Vladimir Region
On July 10, 2025, Tamara Tomaeva was appointed to the post of Minister of Health of the Vladimir Region. In this position, she replaced Liubov Bausova, who headed the department since January 20, 2025.
Previously, Tomaeva acted as the first deputy minister of health of the republic. On June 27, 2025, she was appointed to the post of First Deputy Minister of Health of the Vladimir Region: the corresponding order was signed by the governor of the region, Alexander Avdeev.
As noted, after the appointment of Tomaeva to the post of head of the Ministry of Health of the Vladimir region, Bausova returned to managing financial and economic issues in the status of deputy minister.[1]
