Victoria Vladimirovna Tsimbalova was born in 1981. In 2003 she graduated from bilingual department of psychology and pedagogical faculty of the Novgorod State University with assignment of qualification of the psychologist and teacher of the English and French languages, and in 2009 got second higher education in the Russian Economic Academy of G.V. Plekhanov in "Marketing in IT of the industry".
