According to TASS with reference to the head military investigation department of the IC RF, the investigation and court was establishment that Igor Tsoi, being the head of military hospital in the Amur region, through the intermediary and personally received from the chief of branch No. 1 of military hospital a monetary bribe in exchange for the general protection and connivance on service.

According to the investigation, the general size of the bribes got by Tsoi from February, 2015 to July, 2019 reached 18.9 million rubles. The lieutenant colonel of health service of a stock was found guilty of taking of bribes in especially large size.

In addition to a prison term, the court deprived of the defendant of the right to hold the positions connected with accomplishment of organizational and administrative and administrative functions in public service and in local government authorities for a period of 10 years. Besides, for benefit of the state 10.5 million rubles are confiscated from Igor Tsoi.

The chief of the Blagoveshchensk branch No. 1 of state-owned federal state Institution 411 gospital Vitaly Drozdov was condemned for several months to this sentence. The Blagoveshchensk garrison military court established that since 2015 it on the 2019th Drozdov with assistance of the accountant Elena Makhina received from subordinates "rollbacks" for charge of the maximum sizes of awards by it. In total the amount of bribes was 48.5 million rubles. Drozdov was sentenced to 6 years of maximum security penal colony, deprived of the right to hold responsible positions within 12 years, seized property and exacted 9.8 million rubles for benefit of the state. ^[1]
