Biography

Born October 8, 1990 in the city of Novosibirsk.

In 2012, he graduated with honors from the Siberian Institute of Management - a branch of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in information technology in the field of state and municipal administration, and the direction of training - State and Municipal Administration.

In 2019, he underwent retraining at the RANEPA under the program of the Head of Digital Transformation (CDTO).

2012: Department of Informatization and Development of Telecommunication Technologies of Novosibirsk Region

From 2012 to 2018, he worked in various positions in the Department of Informatization and Development of Telecommunications Technologies of the Novosibirsk Region.

From March 2018 to August 2019, as Deputy Head of the Department, he was responsible for the implementation of projects for the construction of e-government and sectoral informatization in the Novosibirsk Region.
