Business development of the company, creation of long-term partner relations and customers, development and deployment of strategy of promotion of services in the market of end-to-end systems of security belongs to job responsibilities of Andrey Tsybakov.

Tsybakov Andrey Valentinovich was born in 1978.

• In 2001 graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communication.
• In 2001 - 2004 worked as the manager of MTU-Inform Company Ltd sales department.
• From 2004 to 2005 – the senior manager of sales department to corporate clients of Comstar Ltd.
• From 2005 to 2007 - the deputy commercial director of Elektro-Kom Ltd, the CEO of operating company "Elektro-Kom" in Kaluga, and then the deputy CEO for commerce of management company Elektro-Kom Ltd.
• From 2007 to 2010 worked in Sky Link Ltd where consistently held positions of the head of department of work with dealers and partners, the sales director, the commercial director Sky Link.
• Since June, 2010 - the commercial director "GOLFSTRIM the security systems".
• Since 2013 - Tsybakov A.V. is the commercial director of the Delta company.
