Biography
Stanislav Tulchinsky was born on April 16, 1969 in Togliatti.
In 1994 he graduated from Samara State Aerospace University. ACOD. S.P. Korolyova (National Research University) with a degree in Aircraft and Helicopter Engineering. In 1999 - Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics and Samara Institute (branch) of the Moscow International University of Business and Information Technologies with a degree in Banking.
He also studied at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation and at the International Institute of Management "LINK" (Open University of Great Britain).
In 2002-2004 worked as the head of the analytical department of VDcom. Since 2004 - Head of the Organizational Development Department of Rusfinance Bank. Since 2005 - Director of the Corporate Governance Department of URSA Bank. In 2006-2015 - Partner, CEO of b2b.Development Technologies. In 2013-2017 - Head of Project and Technological Committees, Development Director of Bank Orange.
2017-2023: Work at Zenit Bank
Since 2017, Stanislav Tulchinsky has been Director of the Strategy and Project Activities Department, Chief information officer of Bank Zenit. Under the leadership of Stanislav Tulchinsky, the bank's expansive development of digital technologies and platforms continued: IT architecture, CRM systems and remote banking services for individuals. The IT team implemented a set of measures to ensure the continuity and continuity of services, as well as to improve their quality.
