Biography

  • From 1989 to 1994 – Moscow Power Engineering Institute, faculty of automatic equipment and ADP equipment, specialty "Systems engineer";
  • From 1995 to 1998 – the Moscow state legal academy, specialty "Law";
  • From 1995 to 2000 – the lawyer in the different companies of agro-industrial complex;
  • From 2000 to 2004 – the project manager in sales department of Bee Ey Si company;
  • From 2004 to 2005 – the senior manager of department of sales in the banking sector of Bee Ey Si company;
  • From 2005 to 2007 – the head of department of sales in the banking sector of Bee Ey Si company;
  • From 2007 to 2015 – the vice president for sales of the Asteros group;
  • Since 2015 – the vice president for coordination of work with vendors of the Asteros group. Olga Tyrnovskaya's appointment by the vice president for coordination of work with vendors it was announced in March, 2015. This step assumes creation new the politician on work with producers of the IT equipment and the software, process optimization vendor management in group, and, as a result, gain of positions of Asteros in the market of system integration.

Under the leadership of Olga Tyrnovskaya as a part of commercial directorate of Asteros the relevant department is created. Its main objective – to build system approach to formation of strategic partnership with key producers of the IT equipment and the software. Among the main tasks which are set for Tyrnovskaya, ensuring the centralized control, management of partner relationship and also generation additional and protection of the current business of the company.

Olga's tasks include personal monitoring of work with key vendors in the field of IT who bring about 80% of turnover on IT-Business of Asteros. Also, taking into account a trend on import substitution, 3-4 new producers will be added to them. For 2014 the vendor portfolio of Asteros in a share ratio is divided between producers of the IT equipment and software (44%), the engineering equipment (40%), telecommunication equipment (16%). Already by the beginning of the next financial year which in Asteros starts in April the company is going to complete organizational administrative procedures in new department and to provide the updated strategy for work with vendors.
