Ugarov Andrey Alekseyevich
As of September, 2017, Andrey Ugarov is the First Deputy CEO, the director of production of Metalloinvest Management Company.
Biography
Andrey Alekseyevich Ugarov was born on July 27, 1961 in the city of Cherepovets of the Vologda region.
In 1983 graduated from the Lipetsk polytechnical institute majoring in "Processing of metals pressure".
The labor activity of the beginnings on Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine — the roller of a camp of cold rolling of sheet-rolling workshop No. 2. Same year it was called in ranks of the Soviet Army. After the termination of service returned on Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine where in 14 years there passed the labor way from the roller of a camp of cold rolling of sheet-rolling workshop No. 2 to the chief of sheet-rolling production.[1]
In July, 1999 arrived to work to JSC Oskol Electric Steel Works. It began the labor activity on OEMK as the deputy CEO for commerce.
In January, 2002 it is appointed the chief executive, and in June, 2004 — the managing director of OEMK.
In 2005 it was elected the deputy of the Belgorod region duma of the 4th convocation. In regional regulatory authority he worked as a part of committee on security and law and order, besides, actively was engaged in problem solving of residents of the Stary Oskol city district.
From August, 2006 to April, 2011 was the managing director of OEMK Metalloinvest Management Company.
From April, 2011 to June, 2012 held a post of the First Deputy CEO — directors of production of Metalloinvest Management Company. In June, 2012 left the company on purpose "focus on own business projects".
In December, 2013 it is again appointed the First Deputy CEO — the director of production of Metalloinvest Management Company.[2]
