Self-portrait
How did you make your first money? What did you spend them on?
Vadim Uryas I earned my first salary digging a ditch around the building of Moscow Gipromez to lay the grounding system. Relative to the subsistence minimum, the largest coefficient was at the institute. I remember that I earned 300-400 rubles a month. It was a scholarship, I also worked part-time as a loader, washed the floors. To get a plot for washing the floor, a queue was lined up.
Where did you first gain your first managerial experience? How was it?
Vadim Uryas In PricewaterhouseCoopers. There was an appropriate training system. They taught management processes. A lot of things I also learned at RUSAL. It was a completely different culture, unlike an American company.
