Biography

Vagizov Ruslan Khalimovich is a highly qualified specialist in the field of information technology, in which he has been working since 2001. Over 20 years of work in the industry, he went from a category 2 software engineer to the director of one of the leading IT enterprises in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia and the world.

As of September 2021, Ruslan manages the largest division of the ICL Group of Companies, which employs more than 2,500 highly qualified engineers with knowledge of foreign languages, who from Kazan, Voronezh, Moscow, Vladivostok and Belgrade provide services for remote monitoring and maintenance of information complexes and data centers of more than 80 clients in 35 countries. In the framework of his position, Ruslan is responsible for the development of the international part of the company's business, as well as for the adaptation and translation of this experience to the Russian market for the benefit of companies and government agencies, for example, IT support for the 2013 Universiade in Kazan was provided by ICL specialists in accordance with the best international practices.
