In September 2016, it became known that the Department of Computing Systems of the CROC was headed by Valentin Gubarev, who had previously served as deputy director of the department for innovative solutions of the company. Valentin participates in the planning and implementation of the largest ICE projects, builds relationships with key customers and strategic partners of CROC. In addition, the ICE service portfolio will be expanded with new solutions: building private clouds and transforming IT according to a service-oriented model, software-defined and hyper-converged systems, infrastructure services based on the public CROC cloud, solutions for efficient storage and protection of information. Special attention will be paid to the development and promotion of the department's own products, in particular - Cyberia CROC DSS, Backup CROC and CROC Disk.

In his professional career, Valentin adheres to a pronounced business-oriented approach: he evaluates the tasks facing the IT infrastructure of customer enterprises in terms of business needs, and when solving these problems, he considers all options, choosing the most suitable of the available ones.
