Education

Valeria Plotnikova graduated with honors from the Faculty of Finance and Credit of the Academy of Budget and Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in 2003 with a degree in Economics. She received an MBA from the Moscow International Higher School of Business (MIRBIS).

Career

2007-2022

Since 2007, she has been acting director of marketing and public relations at the NEO Center consulting company, and from 2014 to 2021 she served as general director of this organization. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Council for Evaluation Activities under the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. In December 2021, she joined Strategy Partners as a managing partner. Plotnikova was included in the list of winners of the competition "Leaders of Sberbank - 2022," in which the heads of ecosystem companies participated. She is a finalist of the EY Women's Entrepreneurship Competition "Business Women 2020."

2025: Appointment as Executive Director of Tavros Agricultural Holding

On July 1, 2025, one of the largest agricultural holdings in Russia, Tavros, announced the appointment of a new executive director. It was Valeria Plotnikova, a specialist in the field of strategic management, organizational development and attracting investment.

As executive director of the Tavros agricultural holding, Plotnikova will develop key business areas, increase operational efficiency and scale up best management practices. She will focus on strengthening the group's strategic focus.
