Biography
Valery Chulkov was born on October 14, 1960 in Leningrad.
In 1982 he graduated from the Higher Naval School named after M.V. Frunze.
In 2002 he graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in finance and credit.
Since 1995, he worked as a leading economist, senior economist of the department for ensuring and controlling foreign exchange transactions, head of the department for accounting and registration of foreign exchange dealing operations of Credo Bank.
In 1996, he was appointed Deputy Executive Director of the Foreign Exchange Operations Management Department of Credo Bank.
In 1996 and 2005, he worked as a specialist in the processing of dealing operations, deputy chairman of the board of ABN AMRO Bank.
Since 2005, he worked as a director of a retail operating center in Alfa-Bank.
In 2006-2008, he worked as a corporate director, head of the operational department of banking services of ABN AMRO Bank.
In March 2008, he received the position of Director of the Operations Department of VTB24.
As of July 27, 2015, Valery Vladimirovich Chulkov works as a member of the board, director of the operations department of VTB24.
