Biography

Was born on April 18, 1959 in the village of Zhuravlikh of Pervomaisky district of Altai Krai.

Education

Received profession of the lawyer in 1980.

Department of Internal Affairs of October district executive committee, Barnaul

Began service in law-enforcement bodies as the inspector of criminal investigation department on preventive service Department of Internal Affairs of October district executive committee of Barnaul, Altai Krai.

In 1981 he was appointed to a position of the chief inspector of criminal investigation department, in 1985 becomes the deputy chief of department of criminal investigation department.

In 1989 headed city police station of Department of Internal Affairs of October district executive committee of Barnaul.

1993: Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Leninsky district

In 1993 it is appointed to the position of the chief of Lenin district department of internal affairs.

1997: ATC of Barnaul

In 1997 becomes the deputy chief of the ATC of Barnaul.

1999: ATC of Altai Krai

In 1999 becomes the first deputy chief of the ATC of Altai Krai.

2002: The Minister of Internal Affairs across Altai Republic

In 2002 it is appointed to the position of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Altai Republic.

2011: Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Perm Krai

On April 13, 2011 it is appointed to the position of the chief of General Directorate of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Perm Krai.

2014: Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation

On March 10, 2014 the police lieutenant general Yu.K. Valyaev is appointed to the position of the chief of Head department on ensuring protection of public order and coordination of interaction with executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
