Biography

In 1999 he graduated from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI) with a degree in Finance and Credit

In 2003, he graduated with honors from the Moscow State Law Academy (MGUA) with a degree in Jurisprudence.

In 2007 he graduated from the Executive MBA program of the Moscow International Higher School of Business "MIRBIS."

In 1992, he began his career in the stock market on the eve of voucher privatization. He worked in senior positions in investment companies and non-governmental pension funds.

In 2003, by the decision of the participants of the V All-Russian Conference of Professional Participants in the Securities Market, he was elected a Member of the Expert Council of the Federal Commission on the Securities Market.

From 2003 to 2017 he was the Arbitrator of the Arbitration Court of Moscow and the Arbitration Judge of the Arbitration Court NAUFOR.

From 2005 to 2017, he headed the management company Univer Management LLC.

From 2017 to 2023 - Marketing Director of IVA Partners JSC (Ex. Univer Capital LLC ).

From 2020 to 2022 - Chairman of the Audit Commission of Restoration Companies JSC, Yerevan Research Institute of Mathematical Machines CJSC, RAO Mars CJSC.
