Biography

After graduation, he entered the Vladimir Correspondence Agricultural College at the Faculty of Law. Then - graduated in absentia from the Vladimir Law Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation (before that - an educational institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, then - VlYUi of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation).

While he studied in absentia - he worked for 1.5 years in the Lenin Court of Vladimir as a forwarder, then went to the prosecutor's office of the Vladimir region. For three years he worked as a courier, then moved to the position of leading specialist in the group for the introduction and operation of computer equipment. He worked in this position for another eight and a half years. He resigned from the prosecutor's office in February 2005.
