Biography

V. Nikitenko began his banking career in the Surgut branch of the State Bank of the USSR, where in two years he reached the post of Deputy Manager.

From 1987-1992 V. Nikitenko worked in the state authorities of the Tyumen region and the municipal authorities of the city of Surgut.

In 1992, Vladimir Nikolaevich returned to the banking business, taking the post of Chairman of the Board of the Municipal Bank of Surgut JSCB AKKOBANK.
