Biography

Vladimir was born on January 9, 1964 in Moscow.

In 1980 he graduated from school number 20.

In 1986 he was educated at MIPT.

From 1986 to 1991 he worked at the Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

From 1992 to 1995 he worked at NPO Asta CJSC.

In 2004 and until 2006 he worked in the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

From 2006 to 2008, he worked for the Federal Tariff Service.

In 2008, he worked in the Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund (MHIF).

From 2009 to 2010 he worked at Svyazinvest.

In 2011, he began working as a director for special projects at S-Terra CSP LLC
