Biography

Doctor of Technical Sciences. Lead in the development and implementation of data recognition and retrieval systems. He has been working in the IT industry since 1997.

He led the implementation of more than 70 projects to create and implement document recognition systems, including in the interests of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, FMS, MMK, EMERCOM, Sberbank of the Russian Federation, the Moscow Metro, and Gazprom structures. Under his leadership, several generations of industrial OCR and Document Capture systems were developed, the first industrial passport recognition system of the Russian Federation. Head of the creation of a data entry system for the personalization of new generation passport and visa documents (HS PVDNP). The author of a number of scientific articles and patents.

As of August 1, 2013, he worked as the head of the Cognitive Forms technology laboratory for mass entry of Cognitive Technologies documents.
