Biography

Was born on April 17, 1969 in Moscow.

1994: MIREA

In 1994 graduated from the Moscow state institute of radio engineering, electronics and automatic equipment (since 2018 - the Russian technology university).

2000: RAGS

In 2000 graduated from the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation (on September 20, 2010 it is attached to ANH with formation of the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration).

2001: Government of the Russian Federation

In 2001 - 2008 worked in different positions in the Russian Government Office, including since 2004 - the director of the department of public administration and local government of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2013: Rostrud

Since 2013 held a position of the Head of the Federal Service for Labour and Employment.

2019: Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation

On April 6, 2019 it is appointed the Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

Coordinates questions and provides the leadership in activities for development of state policy and to legal regulation in the field of labor relations (except for questions of conditions and labor protection), compensations, social partnership, in the field of regional policy; supervises questions of preparation of a package of measures for the accelerated social and economic development of Altai Krai.
