Adilya Vyaseleva was born on May 21, 1980 in Kazan.

Education

She graduated with honors from Kazan State University named after V.I. Ulyanov-Lenin with a degree in management.

Career

2002-2017

She began her career in 2002: she worked in companies in the field of consulting and appraisal activities, including more than 10 years in senior positions. In June 2017, she was appointed head of the Transport Regulation Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia. He has a class rank - state adviser to the Russian Federation of the second class.

Adilya Vyaseleva worked as deputy head of the evaluation department of the audit and consulting Nexia Pacholi Consulting, was a member of the audit commission of PJSC RusHydro, in 2013 she was a referent of the department of regulatory regulation of appraisal activities of the Ministry of Economic Development and in 2015-2017 headed the Self-Regulatory Interregional Association of Appraisers. In 2017, she came to the FAS as head of the transport regulation department.

2025: Appointment of the Deputy Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service

On May 14, 2025, the chairman Governments of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree that Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia Adila Vyaseleva was appointed to the post of deputy head. Among other things, she will oversee the direction of ICT.

As deputy head of the FAS, Vyaseleva will oversee the Department of Control of the Agro-Industrial Complex, the Department of Control of Advertising and Unfair Competition, as well as the Department of Regulation of Communications and Information Technologies.[1]
