Biography
Yarovaya Irina Anatolyevna (urozhd. Chernyakhovsk) was born on October 17, 1966 in Makiivka of Donetsk region of the Ukrainian SSR, the USSR.
1988 graduated from the Far Eastern Federal University.
In 1988 — 1997 — the employee of bodies of prosecutor's office of the USSR, and then prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation. Junior adviser of justice.
In 2000 graduated from the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation.
From 1997 to 2007 consisted in party "Apple" from which it was chosen in Council of People's Deputies of the Kamchatka region, held posts of the head of the Kamchatka regional department, the member of the Central bureau and the vice-chairman of party "Apple"
In 2007 it is elected the deputy of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the V convocation.
In 2011 it is elected the deputy of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the VI convocation.
Gained fame as the deputy who submitted for consideration of parliament resonant bills, including of toughening of responsibility for violation of rules of holding meetings, of toughening of the migration legislation, of criminal liability for slander and of obligatory obtaining the status of "foreign agents" by the non-profit organizations having foreign financing.
In April, 2016 together with senator Victor Ozerov entered the bills toughening punishment for the terrorism and extremism which got the nickname Yarovaya package or Yarovaya Law. Among innovations increase in term under the number of criminal articles, introduction of the additional reasons for prohibition on departure and entrance, increase in storage life by mobile operators of information on the facts of acceptance, transfer and contents of voice information and messages contains (from half a year to three lyot), the permission to investigators to obtain information from electronic correspondence, introduction of the concept "act of international terrorism" and introduction criminal responsibility for not informing. On May 13, 2016 the bill was adopted by the State Duma in the first reading, before having got approval of the Government (which demanded to finish only point concerning telecom operators [93]) and headed Yarovoy Komiteta on security. The document was exposed to criticism of Legal department of the State Duma, Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation, deputies of the CPRF and media for rigidity, a vnesudebnost and violation of the rights of citizens.
In 2016 the Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation is elected the deputy of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the VII convocation.
