Was born on June 2, 1969.
In 1994 graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) majoring in applied mathematics and physics with degree of the master of natural sciences.
In 1994 started the career in computer center of RAS as the engineer.
In 1995 continued a labor activity in COMCOR company ("Moscow Telecommunications Corporation of COMCOR").
Since 1997 headed department of the fiber transmission systems "MTU-Inform".
After consolidation "MTU-Inform", "Comstar" and "Telmos" in the company "Comstar-United Telesystems" directed department of fiber transmission systems.
Since 2007 Mastertel was the deputy technical director.
In July, 2009 Mastertel is appointed to the position of the technical director of the company.
