Biography

Was born on August 15, 1950 in Izhevsk.

In 1973 graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology majoring in "aerodynamics and thermodynamics".

In 1995 underwent occupational retraining in Moscow Institute of Economics and Statistics in "statistics".

In bodies of the state statistics worked from 1991 to 2000. In 1999 the qualification category of the adviser of the Russian Federation 1 class is appropriated.

From 2000 to 2004 was the deputy minister of economy of the government of the Moscow region.

From 2004 to 2010 - the Deputy Minister of Transport of the government of the Moscow region.

The order the governor of the Moscow region in 2005 Zabelina appropriated a cool rank of the state councilor of the Moscow region of 1 class.

On February 9, 2010 the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Zabelin was appointed the deputy manager of Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat). In this position he supervised the direction of information resources and technologies of department.

In August, 2015 Vyacheslav Zabelin resigned authority of the deputy manager of Rosstat in connection with achievement of age limit of stay on civil service. Since January, 2016 IT instead of it in department the deputy manager of Rosstat Georgy Oksenoyt supervises.

Awards

B is awarded 1997 with a medal "In Commemoration of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow", in 2006 – the sign of the Governor of the Moscow region "I thank", in 2007 the award of the Governor of the Moscow region "For achievements in the field of economy" is awarded.

He is married, has the daughter.
