In 2015 ended the presidential program of retraining of the managerial personnel for the Financial management direction.
Career
Came to PJSC VimpelCom in 2010.
Till 2014 was engaged in sales in B2B segment, at first as the head of department, and then on a position of the director of corporate business. From scratch created department and established cooperation with adjacent divisions. It allowed to process quickly arriving requests, including abnormal, - as a result total sales of the company in 2013-2014 grew for 20%.
In 2014 headed the Tyumen branch of Beeline, and in 2016-2017 directed the Tyumen cluster - Tyumen, Kurgan, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area. Then it was appointed to the director's post in the Novosibirsk cluster - Novosibirsk, Omsk, Altai Krai and Altai Republic. 30% of revenue of Beeline in East region were the share of it.
Since 2019 held a position of the commercial director of the company in the Central region, supervised development and start of digital products for the biggest corporate clients.
2020: Executive vice president for development of corporate business of Beeline
Maxim Zaykov is appointed the executive vice president for development of corporate business "Beeline" (public joint stock company"VimpelCom") and the board member of the company. It became known on November 17, 2020. Earlier Zaykov directed the same direction in the Central region. His predecessor Artashes Sivkov in August, 2020 passed to the place of the first executive vice president, head of the Retail Business block.
According to the press service of the company, Maxim Zaykov will strengthen positions of Beeline in the B2B-segment, will continue digitalization and business process optimization, will develop the perspective directions and to expand a range of partner solutions. In this position Maxim Zaykov works in subordination of the CEO of Beeline Alexander Torbakhov.
