Andrey Zhizhin has been appointed the new General Director of the Fund for Assistance to the Development of Small Forms of Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere. The corresponding order in August 2025 was signed by the Prime Minister of the RFMikhail Mishustin. The new head replaced Sergei Polyakov in this position, who left the post on his own initiative.[1]"
