Biography

2 higher educations and degree of MBA in a RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation, the winner of a grant of the mayor. Graduated at the Moscow Humanities University, in 2009. In 2012 got additional education at the Ural institute of commerce and the right. At the same time ended a RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation.

In 2009 worked in Promsvyazbank as the specialist of investment department, management of public finances and infrastructures.

From 2010 to 2012 worked in Representation of YaNAO at the Government of the Russian Federation. Created several successful public projects ("A circle of friends of YaNAO", the international festival of documentary films Arctic, etc.). Entered governor's one hundred managerial frames of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area.
