Ability to work with CEP and MCD in one window

In the SCR from the SKB Kontur, you can now work with the CEP and MCD in one window. The company announced this on December 16, 2024.

To work with the MFD and CEP certificates, the service administrator goes to the tab with applications for obtaining electronic signature certificates, sees the number of powers of attorney for a particular employee, their validity period, as well as powers. The data in the service is displayed for all organizations with which the employee works.

If an employee quits, the CRM administrator revokes the electronic signature certificate, and the service prompts if he still has valid power of attorney to exclude unwanted signature of documents on behalf of the company.

Integration with EDC ELMA365

In the ELMA365, the EDC simplified the work with electronic signatures thanks to the solutions of the SKB Kontur. Elma announced this on December 11, 2024. Issuance of electronic signature certificates in Directum RX

The Corporate Center for Registration of the Contour and Directum have simplified personnel document management in companies. SKB Kontur announced this on February 6, 2024.

The technology partnership allowed client organizations to issue certificates of electronic signatures without visiting the Certification Center - right in the Directum RX system interface.

Now Directum clients can not only create documents and exchange them, but also issue certificates of electronic signatures for employees in one window, sign documents, as well as independently certify the identity of employees for issuing an EP. To make this possible, Directum has implemented the Contour - Corporate Registration Center solution in its information system.
