"1C: Photo services and souvenirs" covers almost all aspects of the activities of photo business enterprises - from photography, digital processing and printing of photos to the manufacture of photo books, photo tours and the sale of related products.
The configuration "Photo services and souvenirs" is developed on the basis of the standard configuration "Management of our company," version 1.6 of the system of programs "1C:Enterprise 8" with the preservation of all the capabilities and mechanisms of the standard solution, takes into account the specifics of photo business enterprises and provides the following capabilities.

Leads
To register potential customers whose contacts must be saved for the manager to work in the configuration, a special Lead reference book has been added.
Events
All customer interactions are registered and scheduled in the program using the Event document. Events can be of the following types:
All events related to the counterparty are available directly from their card (Buyers directory). For example, you can register a customer's primary interest with an event. The event is set to be important, its start and end dates are specified - planned or actual. If you fill in the Calendar field for the event, it is displayed in the employee's calendar. Calendars are selected from the reference book of the same name. Based on events, it is possible to analyze the effectiveness of sources of attraction.
Record Log
The configuration allows you to schedule the loading of specialists using the Record Log.
The log is a full interactive workplace. It reflects both the workload of specialists and the time available for recording. You can make a record using an event with the type Record.
An event can be created either independently or based on an event that fixes a preliminary interest, or directly from the entry log by allocating the time requested by the client in the log.
Orders
The document Work Order has been added to the configuration as a universal tool that performs several tasks at once: a buyer's order, an invoice for payment, an act of work performed, and an invoice for the service sector with direct material and labor costs written off to it.
A work order can be entered based on or independently of an event. A Buyer's Order, Invoice and Service Certificate may be printed from the Work Order.
The configuration has created specialized directories for storing the following information, taking into account industry specifics:
- data on paper formats, photographs, photo books, etc.;
- data on density values of printed materials used;
- data on types of product finishing;
- information about binding views.
Rationing
To implement the specifics of material rationing, the document Material Rationing has been added to the configuration.
The document allows you to set material consumption rates, including taking into account such parameters as: product format, material format, circulation.
Pricing
To take into account the peculiarities of pricing, the documents Set prices for printing photos and Set prices for photo books have been added to the configuration.
Documents allow you to take into account the formats, materials used and circulation.
Customer orders
An order for the manufacture of photo products can contain an order:
- to print photos;
- to print photobooks;
- for the manufacture of photosouvenirs.
To reflect the peculiarities of orders in the configuration, the Buyer Order document has been modified: when specifying the order type Photo Service Order, additional tabs are available to the user.
The Print Photos, Photo Books and Photosuveniers tabs allow you to specify and describe all the required types of products and services, taking into account their specifics (formats, framing, design and finishing options), as well as calculate their cost.
The Attached Files tab provides information about order-related images and access to images.
The Photo Products tab displays a general list of ordered products and services. The tab can be filled automatically based on the contents of the above tabs.
Production orders
The configuration automates the process of forming Orders for the production of photo products. To do this, the process of forming Production Orders based on the Photo Service Order has been finalized. The number of Production Orders created corresponds to the number of photo products in the Photo Service Order. The following are automatically created:
- Photobook Production Order;
- Photo printing order;
- Order for the manufacture of photosouvenirs.
When forming a Production Order, the quantity of materials required for execution of the order is automatically filled in in accordance with the specified norms. The need for materials is determined taking into account the specifics, for example, photo product formats and paper formats used.
Automation of operational activities
To optimize operational activities, the Manager's Workplace has been added to the configuration.
The manager's workplace allows you to add counterparties, create orders for photo services, register payments, draw up implementations and generate reports.

A number of specialized reports have been added to the configuration:
