On July 29, 2019 it became known that specialists of 1C-KPD company developed 1C: Document flow bot for Telegram allowing to work far off with an electronic document management system, to set tasks to the employees, to create documents, to monitor approval and not only.

Thanks to development of 1C-KPD company to manage an electronic document management system became perhaps using phone and even voice. The chat-bot from 1C-KPD company was created universal, so it can be configured under requirements of any company.

All possible functions are displaid in a dialog box of a bot: order of tasks to employees, creation of documents, approval, the request in technical support and other. Besides, the user can trace in real time the tasks set for it using the module "My Tasks".

Installation and setup of such bot takes no more than three hours. After that it is ready to execute all provided transactions in 1C: Document Flow without the need for further intervention from developers of a bot.
