1C-KPD: Docnet for 1C: Document Flow

2020: Release of the module "Docnet"

In product assortment of 1C-KPD there was a replenishment: there was a module "Docnet" for "1C: Document Flow". He allows to recognize quickly printing documents and to autocomplete their cards in EDMS. "Docnet" accelerates routine process of entering of documents in a system, allowing to execute input of the delivery note in 150 positions in only two and a half minutes, reported on August 18, 2020 in 1C-KPD company.

"Docnet" works as follows: the module makes optical recognition of the scanned document then it enters the recognized data in the necessary fields of a card of the document in EDMS. The system of recognition "Docnet" works on the ABBYY FlexiCapture engine that allows to perform text recognition on one page in seven seconds with an accuracy of recognition of 99.7%. The basic version of the module can distinguish accounting (TORG-12, UPD, the Invoice, the Account, the Standard Act of 1C, etc.) and personnel documents (the Insurance Number of Individual Ledger Account, a TIN, the Russian Federation citizen passport, the Diploma, etc.). If the user needs to recognize documents on a permanent basis, then at a stage of implementation of Doknet it is possible to develop additional templates.

The module is a cover for "1C: Document Flow", "Docnet" can be set and updated quickly, without having mentioned a configuration in any way.
