1C-KPD: Seamless integration of finance documents

The module developed by 1C-KPD company "1C-KPD: Seamless integration of finance documents" allows to integrate the electronic document management system (EDMS) "1C: Document Flow" with the financial accounting systems that considerably reduces operating time with documents and allows to organize their archive.

Using the solution "1C-KPD: Seamless integration of finance documents" is possible integration of the 1C: Document Flow system with such accounting systems as "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management", "1C: Enterprise Accounting", "1C: Integrated Automation", "1C: Contractor of construction" and others.

Thanks to this solution became possible to organize electronic archive of finance documents. It provides quick access to the scan copies of originals of documents directly from the accounting system. At the same time the scanned copy of the document will be stored in EDMS and to be its full-fledged participant: for example, to participate in conventional processes of document flow, such as approval, statement, registration; according to the document full-text search, control of transfer of the original, communication with the nomenclature of affairs and other processes is available.

Integration can be implemented for all documents of the company, such as: sales of goods and services, invoice, agreements and others. During creation of the document in "1C: Document Flow" the module automatically checks presence of the corresponding correspondent in 1C: Document Flow base by TIN/TRRC or the internal identifier, in case of use of plans of exchange, details of a card of the document are filled out with parameters: date, number, the correspondent, division and Full name responsible, is filled a document type and the folder of storage of the document in a system. After record of the document/reference book in the financial accounting system the web service creates the corresponding card of the document in "1C: Document Flow" (if such is not present in base yet), requests a barcode and saves its values for formation on printed form of the document in the financial accounting system.

Integration allows to save the communications of documents predetermined by the accounting system and to create processes in "1C: Document Flow" directly from the accounting system.

The main consumer of service – financial service of which existence only of the accounting accounting systems is already not enough becomes aggravated the need for quick access to originals of documents and operating control of their existence. During the work only with paper documents of it it is impossible to reach. Emergence of our product is proved by the growing interest and frequent requests of our customers. For example, in the activity we use seamless integration long ago. Physically it looks as follows: when forming primary documents and agreements in the accounting system automatically in the 1C: Document Flow system the document card forms, and on the most printed form of the document the barcode is displaid. After originals of documents from customers with the signature and printings, documents, thanks to standard functionality stream scanning of the workflow system return, are automatically recognized and get to the corresponding cards of documents in document flow. From the accounting system direct access by the button for viewing the original document is organized. And the user, working in the main system, does not leave it for viewing scans of images. The module allows not only to store originals and to have to them quick access, but also to organize control of their existence. Inverse process – registration in the system of the entering finance documents from partners – is more difficult. Here we are ready to offer several schemes of implementation, and the choice depends on the budget of the customer here. For example, the most automated method is an automatic creation of cards of documents both in the accounting system, and in the 1C: Document Flow system using ABBYY FlexiCapture using which it is possible to recognize details of documents, to create the corresponding cards with the maximum filling of details of documents".
