"1C: E-learning. The corporate university" is intended for heads of services of personnel management of medium-sized and large enterprises, heads of corporate training centers and also for the educational institutions offering the remote and mixed training and allows to solve the following problems:
- process automation of management of the electronic, internal and mixed training;
- the organization and carrying out e-learning in the local area network and via the Internet;
- drawing up and maintaining training plans and schedule of actions;
- development and storage of electronic rates and training materials;
- control of assimilation of knowledge, development and conducting testing;
- assessment and analysis of results of training;
- accounting of classroom fund and educational equipment.
"1C: E-learning. The corporate university" is developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform which provides high flexibility, configurability, scalability, performance and ergonomics of application solutions, supports work in the mode thin and the web client, work of users via the Internet including on low-speed communication channels.
1C:Enterprise 8 supports work with different DBMS - the file mode, the Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, IBM DB2, Oracle Database.
The 1C:Enterprise 8 server can function both in the environment of Microsoft Windows, and in the environment of Linux. It provides at implementation a possibility of the choice of architecture at which a system, and a possibility of use of open source software for operation of the server and the database will work.
2019: Edition 3.0.9: electronic tasks, the personified messages and certificates, PIN codes
On April 10, 2019 1C Company announced release of version 3.0.9 of a configuration "E-learning. The corporate university" – the systems of distance learning for certification and personnel development of the commercial organizations, creation of the electronic information and education environment in universities, colleges and training centers.
According to the developer, configuration "E-learning. The corporate university" was increased by functionality at simultaneous simplification of setup of obucheniye and the services accompanying them:
- there were settings of consecutive studying of rates, accomplishment of tests and examinations checked by the teacher,
- the automatic mailing of the personified messages configured by the user and issue to graduates of electronic certificates is added,
- for sale of access to training PIN codes at which activation users automatically get access to the program and to the appointed training are created,
- setup of a configuration for work with "1C is automated: E-learning. Web office of the teacher and student",
- the scope of a configuration is expanded on the academic sector.

Electronic tasks
Within one Carrying out training it is possible to set studying at once of several electronic rates or tests and also electronic tasks, answers to which will be checked by the teacher. Special setup allows to study rates, to perform tests and electronic tasks consistently one behind another or in any order. At consecutive accomplishment of electronic tasks for each of them the lowest passing score at which set the student will be able to start accomplishment of the following task is specified.
Are added:
- assessment weight for accomplishment of a separate task at calculation of final assessment for training in general,
- in the sheet of Carrying out training by clicking on final assessment of the certain participant the report which shows how and when the trainee passed rates, tests automatically is caused, electronic tasks are performed,
- the structured list of electronic tasks which can be used during creation of different Carrying out training,
- the configured list of the reasons for which the teacher returns an electronic task for completion without exposure of assessment,
- the indication of a rating scale in settings of the Type of training existing on everything training of this Type
- an opportunity to manually add and delete Participants on training, open for record or with automatic transfer,
- canceling to the certain student of the training which is already begun by him to give it the second attempt.
The personified messages and certificates
Variables for use in templates of mailings are added. In templates the possibility of the indication of type of a template with the subsequent demonstration only of those variables which are available to specified like a template is implemented. The quantity of types of automatic mailings is increased to the 15th, mailings are added:
- when sending an electronic task for check,
- after check by the teacher of an electronic task,
- after return of an electronic task for completion with setup on a return reason,
- to automatically selected addressees, allowing to carry out mailing based on the current progress to, for example, only lagging behind, their teachers and the manager or the mentor.
There was a possibility of viewing the text of all sent manually or automatically private messages.
For the electronic certificates which are automatically issued to graduates certificate validity period, an individual certificate number are specified, the quantity of variables for use in a certificate template is increased. The personified certificates are issued in the PDF format for printing and/or in the HTML format for viewing according to the link. Tools for creation and change of a PDF template of the certificate are added.
PIN codes
When using for work with a configuration of the software product "1C: E-learning. A web office of the teacher and student" creation and use of PIN codes is possible. At activation of a PIN code in the registration form of a web office or personal settings the user automatically acquires the access rights specified in settings of a PIN code and setup of authentication, is enlisted for a certain study, joins in educational groups, gets access to sections of forums and library.
Use of PIN codes at registration through a web office of new users gives the chance to organize retail Internet sales of access to e-learning. Pools of PIN codes are implemented through online store, their buyers independently are registered on training and get access to it, activating the purchased PIN code.
Automation of installation and setup of a web office
Setup of a configuration for work with the software product "1C is automated: E-learning. Web office of the teacher and student". Installation, setup and updating of a web office are executed automatically in one click and do not require special qualification. Using project experience reliability of work of a configuration with a web office is improved, performance for simultaneous training of many thousands of users is optimized.
Use of a configuration in the electronic information and education environment
"The Program Is Used in University or College" setup includes an opportunity to create (or to load from 1C:University, 1C: College or external files) structure of the educational organization, lists of students and to use them for selection of participants of obucheniye, in reports, settings of access to forums and sections of library, etc. HTTP services for transfer to 1C are implemented: College (version 2.0.7+) of the estimates received by students on:
- to results of Carrying out training without use of electronic tasks,
- to each electronic task (electronic training course, the test, task for check) as a part of Carrying out training with their use.
To the loaded students access to the program in large quantities is configured: the rights and time of access are established, accidentally selected password is reset or established and it is announced it by the personified electronic mailing, etc.
As of April, 2019, version 3.0.9 is provided without additional payment to the registered users of a configuration "E-learning. The corporate university", having the current agreement on information and technology maintenance (1C:ITS). For work with a configuration it is necessary to use the version of 1C: Enterprise platform 8.3.5 above.

Edition 3.0 Examiner configurations
In July, 2016 1C Company informed users and partners on release of edition 3.0 Examiner configurations in a line of software products "1C: E-learning".
In this edition of a configuration the Taxi interface which distinctive features are a large print, maximizing a working space on monitors with the different permission, convenience of navigation, an opportunity to independently design the working space is implemented. Processing of all forms of a configuration in the Taxi interface significantly increased comfort of work of users from desktop computers and mobile devices.
Functionality of this edition:
- The publication of electronic tests in the SCORM 2004 and HTML format.
- New type of control questions on automatic check of result of actions of the student in educational base of any software product on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.
- Possibility of seamless integration with the software product "1C: E-learning. A web office of the teacher and student" using which students and the teacher get access to the electronic resources published in a web office on the terms of unlimited client workplace license 1C:Enterprise 8.
- Synchronization of data with edition 3.1 "Salary and Personnel Management" configuration.
At integration of the Examiner configuration, edition 3.0 with the software product "1C: E-learning. Web office of the teacher and student":
- the students and teachers who are at the same time working in a web office use unlimited client workplace license 1C:Enterprise 8,

The Designer of Rates configuration, edition 3.0 based on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform is development of the Designer of Rates configuration, edition 2.0.

Increase in convenience of work
Thanks to the new interface appearance of a form practically of any document or the reference book and also the command interface of the program in general it is easy to change manually. For example, it is possible to change an order of arrangement of fields or to hide not used tabs, panels, buttons, fields and checkboxes.
In the tunings of the program performed by default only most often used possibilities of a configuration are left. Thanks to it for new users mastering of work with the program becomes simpler.
Names of forms, tabs, fields, buttons and checkboxes and also tooltip balloons to them are approximate to the terminology used by methodologists when developing electronic resources that allowed to provide intuitive clearness of the interface in the majority of the applied forms.
The functionality available in edition 2.0 of "A desktop of the developer", is transferred to additional settings of the majority of forms of edition 3.0.
Development of functionality of development of electronic resources
For training and check of skills of work with the real software product the feature for creation of questions like "Work in the program" in which the user performs operations in educational base of the studied configuration on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform is added, and results of these actions are automatically checked. The educational base of the studied configuration can be located on the user's computer, in the local area network of the organization or in service "1C:Enterprise 8 for educational institutions via the Internet", see https://edu.1cfresh.com. Development of questions like "Work in the program" requires ability to program in language 1C in volume "1C: Professional on knowledge of main engines and opportunities of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform for which prepares, for example, a course of N1 Training center of 1C Company "Main engines of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform or rates on a technology platform of 1C:Enterprise 8 of the Centers of the certified training of 1C Company.
Development of functionality of management of educational process
The additional reports necessary for accomplishment of recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation are implemented (the letter from 21 aprelya2015 N BK-1013/06) in a part "The used system of e-learning should meet the following requirements for management of a rate: … the convenient accounting system and trackings of activity of students allowing to monitor participation should be built-in as it is aware in general, and detailed information on each element of a rate".
Development of access to electronic resources
The possibility of preserving of electronic rates and tests in the following formats is implemented:
- HTML, for autonomous viewing a rate or execution of the test using any modern browser. It is convenient to use this format if it is required to transfer an electronic resource for acquaintance or to post on the website, but accounting and saving the results of training is not required.
- SCORM 2004. This format is used for loading of electronic resources in the external system of training management supporting the SCORM 2004 format.
- For viewing in a web office. On condition of integration into the software product "1C: E-learning. A web office of the teacher and student" electronic resources will be published in a web office for the accessibility to them of students and teachers via the website on the terms of unlimited client workplace license 1C:Enterprise 8.
Functionality of the Designer of Rates configuration, edition 3.0
The Designer of Rates configuration is intended for the solution of the following tasks:
- Development of multimedia interactive electronic training courses;
- Development of praktikooriyentirovanny educational and control tests;
- Carrying out training using electronic educational resources at the individual computer, and for PROF version - in the local area network of the organization or via the Internet from desktop computers or mobile devices;
- Control and analysis of results of e-learning;
- Adaptation of the drawing electronic rates released in a line "1C: E-learning", under specifics of work of the organization.
- Loading and addition with the materials of electronic resources of series "1C: School", "1C: Laboratory", "1C: The higher school", developed on the platform "by 1C: Education 4. Home; open rates, tests and practical works from the website of the federal center of information and education resources (http://fcior.edu.ru); rates of INTUIT; electronic rates and tests in the SCORM 2004 format.
The configuration allows to provide creation, systematization, storage, exchange and submission of various educational information in a form convenient to the user.
Development of electronic rates and tests is available to users even with the minimum skills of work on the computer. The theory of electronic multimedia interactive rates can be created in MS Word and PowerPoint. Praktikooriyentirovanny tests and the glossary can be created in the MS Excel.
The theory of an electronic rate may contain:
- The pages including the formatted text, illustrations internal and the Internet of a hyperlink, the table, control questions, hints and also fragments of earlier created rates.
- The illustrations increasing to initial or given size by clicking by them.
- Videos in mp4 format for viewing in the special videoplayer.
- Files of any formats (doc, xls, pdf, etc.).
- The additional materials of users available after check to all users or only their author.
- Automatically placed links to terms of the glossary.
The configuration contains numerous settings using which it is possible to make tests of different function:
- Educational or control tests.
- Set runtime (with a possibility of demonstration of the timer), quantity of questions and attempts of test passing.
- Use questions of one of 11 different types (one of many, many of many, the sequence, on a template, compliance, the table, the ActiveX element, open, work in the program, one of many psychological, many of many psychological) and also facet questions.
- Include in the test a certain quantity of questions from several subjects.
- Mix among themselves or not questions and also answer options to them.
- Offer several levels of complexity of the test differing runtime and quantity of questions at choice.
- Appoint to questions different weight, considered at calculation of final point for the test in general.
- Make the text comments according to the results of execution of the test shown depending on the points gained for the test.
