"1C: General service center. The centralized accounting" — the joint solution of 1C Company and ARBIS Ltd. The product is intended for effective management of process of accounting and preparation of the reporting in specialized agencies – the centralized accounting and service centers of the public and municipal authorities.
The software product functions in the "cloud" model unrolled on the basis of corporate technology 1C - 1cfresh and "Accounting department of public institution", edition 2 and "Salary and the personnel of public institution", edition 3 provides integration with standard configurations and also supports integration about "Document flow of public institution", used as electronic storage of primary documents.

- Preparation of documents (The agreement and applications) between organization and the centralized accounting for a design of transfer of accounting function from organization in the Central Bank and differentiations of responsibility of the parties;
- Route of process and control of execution of all stages of acceptance of organization in the centralized accounting;

The configuration is original, but not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform for its work (not below version 8.3.8).
The code of a configuration is open for changes.

1C company announced on June 21, 2018 release of the software product "1C: General service center. The centralized accounting CORP", Edition 1.0 on the 1C:Enterprise 8 CORP platform.
The software product is intended for deployment in cloud infrastructure 1cFresh for ensuring activity of the centralized accounting founded by executive authorities and local government for implementation of function of accounting service and reporting of the public and municipal authorities and provides integration with the standard configurations "1C: Budget Institution Accounting", edition 2 also "1C: Payroll and the personnel of public institution", edition 3 and also supports seamless integration from 1C: Document Flow of public institution 8 used as transport and electronic storage of primary documents.
According to 1C, the software product and the technique of use included in its structure are the tool for:
- the organizations of process of accounting and preparation of the reporting by collectives of the centralized accounting for the serviced organizations;
- ensuring communication between organizations and the Central Bank and accounting of the primary documents transferred to processing;
- the centralized analysis of quality of accounting in accounting supplements of the organizations published in cloud infrastructure 1cFresh, collecting of the various summary reporting on the basis of these primary documents;
- planning of execution of tasks and time management of work of employees of the centralized accounting with a possibility of report generation on the analysis of labor input of accounting process.

Before release software product "1C: General service center. The centralized accounting CORP", Edition 1.0 underwent certification on obtaining the status "1C: Compatible". Distribution and implementation of the software product is conducted only by the partner franchisees of 1C Company having the status "Central Committee of 1C:CORP" or "Candidate for the Central Committee of 1C:CORP" jointly with the status "Competence Center on budget accounting (CDB)".

For start of the program in bigger quantity of workplaces it will be required to purchase the corresponding number of the client licenses "1C:Enterprise 8 CORP" in addition. In turn, for work in the client-server option it is necessary to purchase licenses for the 1C:Enterprise 8 CORP server.
