Industry software product "1C: Meat processing of MES. The module for 1C:ERP" belongs to the class of MES solutions (manufacturing execution system) and is intended for solving of tasks of operational production management at the meat-processing enterprise, such as: registration of actual data of operational production accounting, control of observance of compoundings, control of the course of technology process and accomplishment of standards for losses and exits on different sections of production.

The basic principle underlain in a program runtime — data acquisition in places of their emergence and information transfer online in the accounting system. Collecting and data processing is made on the control points set in warehouses and sections of production, and equipped, as a rule, with the industrial computer, the barcode scanner, industrial scales, the printer of labels, the webcam and other equipment.

"1C: Meat processing of MES. The module for 1C:ERP" is addition to the ERP Enterprise management 2 configuration and the industry solutions developed on its basis and when sharing allows to create a chain of production documents on the basis of the actual data of operational accounting obtained directly from the equipment of control points.

Features

  • Implementation of traceability of batches of a raw meat on all repartitions — from receipt of a raw meat on a warehouse and before finished product output that conforms to requirements of the HASSP system and allows to control quality of a raw meat and finished goods.

Separate use of a full range of functionality of a product "1C: Meat processing of MES. The module for 1C:ERP" and additional licenses to it, without integration into the solutions containing the ERP Enterprise management 2 configuration are not provided. It can be integrated with industry solution of 1C:ERP Management of the Meat-processing Enterprise.

2018: Edition 2.4 release

1C Company announced on April 28, 2018 release of edition 2.4 of the application solution "1C: Meat processing of MES. The module for 1C:ERP" — the joint solution of 1C Company and development center "the core banking system: Production management systems" (Absolyut-Soft Corporate Projects group), the collecting developed on version 8.3 of the 1C: Enterprise platform and intended for process automation and processing of operational production and technology information directly in places of its emergence on meat-processing production and transfers of this information online in the accounting system.

Integrated configuration ("1C: Meat processing of MES. The module for 1C:ERP" and "ERP Upravleniye predpriyatiyem 2") will allow:

  • plan production process and trace the task performance fact on production;
  • provide traceability of batches, quality control and respect for technology throughout all multiconversion production process from acceptance of the live cattle or meat raw materials before finished product output;
  • to quickly receive actual cost of technology semi-finished products and finished goods and also to provide a complete set of customer orders in full and to the set term.

When developing the next edition of a product "1C: Meat processing of MES. The module for 1C:ERP" results of implementation and operation of a configuration more than at 20 meat-processing enterprises were considered.

The functionality of the software product of edition 2.4 is complemented with following features:

  • Inventory of a remaining balance in storage warehouses;
  • Automatic closing of batches;
  • Control of an adherence to deadlines of the validity in the automated workplace "Plumbs";
  • The transaction type "Consolidation of batches" allowing to integrate in one several batches of a raw meat and to weigh only the resulting batch;
  • Replacement of components of set of spices by analogs in the automated workplace of Spezia;
  • Versions of the indication of admissions when packing spices: for all set, for a component on all sets, for group of the nomenclature;
  • Accounting of development of employees on control points;
  • The report of "Loss of batches" which shows the actual losses of weight of a raw meat or production semi-finished products in a warehouse or section of production recorded in the automated workplace "Plumbs";
  • The report "Traceability of batches" which allows to untwist recursively back and forth all technology chain of repartitions in which the selected batch participated;
  • The augmented list of the supported hardware, with a possibility of exchange with scales Massak and MettlerToledo.
