The solution is intended for automation of activity of the medical organizations of the different forms of business providing medical care in out-patient and polyclinic conditions: district clinics, diagnostic centers, commercial medical centers and clinics, out-patient divisions of hospitals.

When developing the software product experience of implementation in Moscow Scientific Research Institute of Psychiatry Roszdrava Federal State Institution was considered.

2019: Testing with a monitoring system of the movement of medicines

The Center of Development of Perspective Technologies (CDPT) and 1C Company announced on February 4, 2019 conducting joint testing of upgraded versions of software products "1C: Retail. Drugstore", "1C: Management of pharmacy chain" and products of the line "1C: Medicine" with support of an information system of monitoring of the movement of medicines (ICs MDLP). Read more here.

Electronic medical records

According to information for January, 2012 the software product allows to keep the electronic medical records (EMR). EMRs form from electronic medical documents which may contain the electronic digital signature (EDS) of the health worker. For preserving of electronic medical documents in information base the format based on ISO/HL7 standard 27932:2009 Data Exchange Standards - HL7 Clinical Document Architecture, by Release 2 (CDA) is used.

The possibility of preserving of medical documents is provided in external files in the HL7 CDA R2 and PDF format.

At registration of the fact of accomplishment of medical service (acceptance, the procedure, a research, survey, consultation and so forth) the medical document which will be a part of the EMR of the patient and will reflect results of accomplishment of medical service forms. Formation of medical documents is made using templates of medical documents.

The Template of the Medical Document (TMD) is a screen form which allows the health worker to create and edit medical documents, at the same time the template gives intellectual support to the doctor, monitors correctness of formation of the medical document, checks spelling. ShMD can create medical documents on the basis of interactive interaction of the user with some vector scheme (drawing) or a text intellectual template.

As ShMD are used for formation of electronic medical records, a considerable part of medical personnel in the medical organization will use templates. ShMD often require "thin" setup under preferences of the specific user that makes special demands to convenience and speed of their formation and changes. Formation of new ShMD or correction of existing should not require considerable labor costs and impose high requirements to qualification of personnel which will execute them.

Several ShMD types are supported. For creation of each of the ShMD types different technologies are used. The choice of technology of creation of ShMD depends on complexity of structure, behavior of ShMD and level of technical qualification of the ShMD developer.

As a part of application solutions demonstration ShMD for several medical services are included. ShMD can be developed by partners of 1C Company at an implementation stage in the medical organizations, employees of IT of services of the medical organizations and also independent developers as a part of separate software products.

Start of the Internet resource intended for distribution of ShMD is planned.

Interaction with PACS and the medical equipment according to the DICOM 3 standard

In edition 1.2 of the application solution the feature for information exchange with PACS and the medical equipment according to the DICOM 3 standard is added. Functions of information exchange are integrated into interfaces of the automated jobs of doctors. For accounting of loading of the medical equipment jobs of laboratory assistants are used.

Workplace of the laboratory assistant

Lists of patients and their researches (worklist) are transferred to the medical equipment automatically. From a workplace of the laboratory assistant all information which was transferred to the medical equipment is available. In the presence of DICOM MPPS service automatic registration of the fact of accomplishment of the planned researches is performed (records in worklist).

In the absence of DICOM MPPS service laboratory assistants can register the fact of accomplishment of researches on the basis of the created worklist.

2011

Description of functionality

According to information for September, 2011"1C:Medicine. The clinic" serves for conducting settlement with partners, managements of flows of patients, the personified accounting of the provided medical care.

The specialized solution considers all features of business processes of polyclinic divisions of the medical organization. The configuration is intended for automation of activity of the following divisions and responsible persons:

  • registry,
  • the automated outlet (cash desk for settlings with individuals),
  • manager of registry,
  • service of maintaining agreements,
  • medical and average medical personnel,
  • information and analytical and statistical service.

"1C: Medicine. The clinic" provides:

  • accounting of patients;
  • attachment of patients to medical sections;
  • traffic control of patients:
    • prerecording of patients on accomplishment of medical services is performed,
    • the fact of rendering medical service is registered;

  • management of activity of personnel and loading of the equipment:

    • formation of working schedules of personnel and medical offices,
    • operational tracking of load of personnel and offices;

  • the personified accounting of the rendered volumes of medical care (on medical services);
  • accounting of settlement with partners for medical care:

    • settlement with individuals using a fiscal registrar or the acquiring terminal,
    • settlement with individuals through accounting of the medical organization (the cash receipt order, the checking account),
    • settlement with legal entities or insurance companies,
    • formation of registers of the rendered services for legal persons or insurance companies according to the price list of medical services of the partner;

  • quoting of volumes of medical care by different rules;
  • flexible system of pricing and discounts/margins;
  • formation of the regulated and managerial reports.

The program supports multi-user work in the local area network or via the Internet including through the web client. The configuration is completely open, does not contain the protected code locations and does not use hardware protection.

"1C: Medicine. The clinic" is implemented on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform and supports use of licenses of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform with program protection. When developing a configuration 1C:Subsystems Library 8.2 and some subsystems of the Trade management configuration (edition 11) was used.

In a configuration "1C: Medicine. The clinic" is a possibility of accounting on several medical organizations in one information base.

Data protection

The firm "1C" receives certificate of conformity No. 2137 of 7/20/2010 issued FSTEC Russia which confirms that the protected software package (PSP) "1C: Enterprise, version 8.2z" is recognized as the software tool of general purpose with the built-in means data protection from unauthorized access (NSD) to information which is not containing the data which are the state secret. Based on certification compliance to requirements of regulating documents for protection against NSD on the 5th class, on the level of absence control of not declared opportunities (NDV) on the 4th level of control is confirmed, the possibility of use for creation of the automated systems (AS) to a class of security 1G is confirmed (i.e. AS providing confidential information protection in a LAN) inclusive and also for data protection in personal data information systems (ISPDN) to class K1 inclusive.

All configurations developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform (for example, "1C: Medicine. Clinic", "1C: Medicine. Hospital drugstore"), can be used during creation of a personal data information system of any class and additional certification of application solutions is not required.

Scalability and performance

Use of the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform ensures effective functioning and reliable information storage during the work of hundreds of users. Modern three-level system architecture gives preserving of high performance with significant growth in load of a system and volumes of the processed data. The high fault tolerance is reached due to reservation of a server cluster, and high-speed performance optimization - at the expense of dynamic balancing of loading between clusters. Use of DBMS of world leaders (MS SQL, IBM DB2, Oracle Database) allows to build high-performance and reliable information systems.
