2016: "1C: Retail 8. Salon of optics", edition 2.2

Industry solution "1C: Retail 8. Salon of optics" it is intended for automation of problems of operational accounting, the analysis and planning of transactions in the retail trade focused on production and glasses sale, frames, lenses and points accessories both in a format of single salon, and in a format of network of salons.

Main industry functionality of the program:

  • Work in the mode of the distributed information bases (DIB) with clear split of document flow on salons where information on all salons of network is consolidated in the RIB main node. Mechanisms of automatic initiation of data exchange are provided;
  • Accounting of lenses (contact, for points) on additional properties: Sph, Cyl, Ax, Add, Diameter (Prism for points or Dia for contact lenses), Basis, Colour. Optional control of doubles of properties of lenses;
  • Glasses making from materials of the company or the client by request. Automatic write-off of component parts at glasses making from own materials;
  • The automated workplace of the doctor – performing diagnostics of sight, order placement of buyers, maintaining the list of clients, the statement of recipes, selection of contact lenses;
  • Accounting of orders of buyers. Formation of the customer order on the basis of diagnostics taking into account sight parameters. Partial and any prepayment by request. Analysis of providing customer orders and formation of supplier orders;
  • Accounting of storage of orders of buyers on cells;
  • The mechanism of motivation of employees for sale of certain goods for increase in turnover of sales and calculation of an award sellers;
  • Sales planning on salons for assessment of possible revenues of the enterprise in the future. The plan-fact analysis of sales for identification of weak points and adjustment of plans for achievement of optimal target indicators;
  • The centralized, decentralized and mixed management of pricing and purchase orders of goods;
  • Design of arrival of goods from the partner on warehouses of salon and also movement of goods between salons, internal warehouses, salons and warehouses of the enterprise, including in the two-phase (order) mode;

  • Configuration "Retail 8. Salon of optics" it is developed on the basis of the standard Retail configuration, an edition 2.2 systems of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" with preserving of all main opportunities and mechanisms of this standard solution.

The configuration is completely open, does not contain the protected code locations and does not use hardware or program protection.

2015: "1C: Retail 8. Salon of optics", edition 2.1

Joint development of 1C Company and 1C-Rarus company - "1C: Retail 8. Salon of optics" - left in March, 2015 in edition 2.1. The updated solution facilitates work of cashiers and doctors. The product includes the interactive notification of selling assistants about joint products in the workplace of the cashier (WC). At order placement of the client it is possible to edit in the RMK interface properties of lenses at once: diameter, base and color. Selection of lenses is performed on the same properties in a back office.

New features are added:

  • Service of Assessment of a customer loyalty for receiving from buyers of job evaluation of shop, a trading floor, consultants, cashiers using the panels installed directly in a sales point. Depending on mean values of values of the received estimates it is possible to calculate awards to sellers and other staff of shop and also to analyze efficiency of the actions made in a trading floor;
  • Service for the organization of own rewards program of loyalty. It is possible to organize work in three options: the discount, bonus and mixed, integrating together first two options;
  • Cost accounting on the average operational score of cost value sliding for receiving at any moment;
  • Accounting of a non-cash on accounts of the company, use "Client bank", settlement with partners and employees.

Operational information about a remaining balance of goods on all network of salons is available to users. Jobs of the doctor and the cashier allow to browse information on savings of clients on discount and bonus cards. The mode of Quick sale allows to make out sale without preorder. The management is given an opportunity to analyze actions of cashiers using surveillance cameras and the system of logging of actions of cashiers.

2012: "1C: Retail 8. Salon of optics", edition 2.0

The 1C-Rarus company together with 1C Company released in the fall of 2012 new edition 2.0 of industry solution "1C: Retail 8. Salon of optics". "1C: Retail 8. The salon of optics" helps to automate work of the salons and shops performing rendering diagnostic services, production and glasses sale, frames, lenses and the accompanying accessories. On the basis of the program over 200 projects of automation of industry members are implemented.

The best experience got during implementation more than 100 projects of automation of salons of optics is considered in the updated functionality of a product. Among new opportunities of edition 2.0:

  • Implementation of any business process of glasses making and detailed control of the statuses of accomplishment of orders;
  • Support of different schemes of pricing: centralized, decentralized and mixed;

Enhanced capabilities of providing discounts;

  • Setup of automatic distribution of goods receipts by warehouses of shop and distribution of sales of goods and services in the organizations of the enterprise;
  • Document creation of retail sales on behalf of several organizations in a workplace of the cashier. Sales for cash are executed by one button;
  • Mechanism of mesh storage of orders: during creation of the order the cell in the specified warehouse is automatically reserved. At issue of the order the cell is automatically released.

At the same time, "1C: The salon of optics, edition 2.0" allows to keep account of lenses by optical characteristics of Sph, Cyl, Ax, Add, BC and others.

The program helps to carry out diagnostics of sight of the client before and after correction, to write out recipes on production of points, to perform selection of contact lenses, to fix complaints of the client, to keep results of inspections. It is possible to trace the clinical record individually for each client. In general a system allows to simplify work of the doctor on diagnostics of sight of the client and the statement of the recipe.

The cost of new edition of the software product is 22 thousand rubles.

Upgrades for users of a number of programs of the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 and 1C:Enterprise 8 systems are provided. For the registered users of the early version "1C: Retail 8. Salon of optics", signed on ITS, updating on the standard circuit is provided.
