2022: Release of the software product "1S:GIS Housing and Communal Services Integration"

On September 26, 2022, 1C announced that, together with 1C-Rarus GIS Housing and Communal Services, it had released the 1S:GIS Housing and Communal Services Integration software product, which provides for the exchange of data from joint 1C solutions with the state housing and communal services information system.

As reported, the solution was developed for the automatic exchange of the necessary information from joint solutions "1C" for housing and communal services and RSO through the API GIS housing and communal services and helps to place information in the GIS housing and communal services on time, in accordance with the law N 209-FZ "On the state information system of housing and communal services" and the order of the Ministry of GIS of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation dated 29.02.2014 No. 74/114/pr and is intended for:

  • HOA, ZHSK, LC, UK;
  • resource-supplying organizations;
  • operators for solid domestic/municipal waste management (MSW/MSW);
  • banks that accept and transfer payments to housing and communal services;
  • organizations exercising state control and management in the field of housing and communal services.

The 1S:GIS Housing and Communal Services Integration program exchanges directly from joint 1C solutions for housing and communal services and RSO through the GIS API for housing and communal services, optimizes information transmission, minimizes the number of errors and does not require the use of additional ones. cryptographic software

Working in the solution "1S:GIS Housing and Communal Services Integration," compared to file exchange, provides the following opportunities:

  • on resource supply contracts;
  • on the scope and quality of utilities and services;
  • on restrictions in the supply of utility resources;
  • on the status of utility payments;
  • responses to requests from the social protection bodies of the population about the presence of judicial debt.

The decision "1S:GIS Housing and Communal Services Integration" implements the exchange of information with GIS Housing and Communal Services on the presence of debt confirmed by a judicial act. This functionality allows you to receive requests from the GIS housing and communal services from the social protection bodies of the population about the presence of debt and send answers to these requests automatically.

As of September 2022, work with 1S:GIS Housing and Communal Services Integration is supported by the 1C program: Accounting in management companies of housing and communal services, HOA and housing and communal services, by the end of 2022 it is planned to implement support in the above joint decisions.
