Company 2Test, the Russian producer and solution provider for industrial automation and security, announced on June 27, 2018 release of the intelligent block of monitoring and control of the end devices Profishkaf.

The Profishkaf system of the Russian production is released for solving of tasks of providing with a power supply, monitoring of working capacity, localization and fault recovery of different end devices in automation systems: video cameras, various sensors, wireless access points, devices of fire safety, access control, lighting, management of traffic and other devices at the enterprise level or the cities.

Thanks to capability of monitoring of a power supply and parameters of the environment of all attached devices Profishkaf — the universal solution of status monitoring of automation systems of any type.

A system is applied to a power supply and tracking of work of video surveillance systems, surveillance cameras of violations of traffic regulations, traffic lights and streetlights in the projects "Safe City", different sensors and any type of the engineering systems at the enterprises, objects of transport and industrial infrastructure.

Work in a system is safe — tough settings of access control to data are configured, emphasized in 2Test.

Features

In general intelligent Profishkaf power supply:

• Feeds, manages and controls attached devices;
• Monitors functioning of devices and automatically notifies on emergence of fault;
• Far off reboots the device in case of a problem and a stop of work. If after restart the equipment still does not function normally, control block Profishkaf sends the message about need of departure of a repair crew into place with detailed information on fault;
• Localizes fault on the card — reports in what place there was an error (GPS coordinates);
• Collects statistics, analyzes faults and creates reports.

Thanks to the opportunities Profishkaf increases reliability of operation of the equipment, protects the user from risks of emergence of failures and warns potential problems in operation of the equipment, noted in 2Test.

A system supports different data transmission channels, including Ethernet, optical links, Wi-Fi, NB-loT, LoRa.

For different types of end devices different tension is provided: AC24V; DC52V/48V/36V/24V/12V and another.

A system is equipped with the intelligent card of a power supply, all Profishkafa power sources are controlled independently. In case of failure of one power source, the others continue to function. Besides, Profishkaf's characteristics provide reliability of application him on the street and at adverse effects of the external environment: working temperature of a system — from-40 to +75 °C.
