SimInTech is a packet of specialized programs as a part of which a programming language, data structures, a broad spectrum of functions, integrated development environment, object-oriented opportunities and interfaces to the programs and settlement codes written in other programming languages.
A system represents the environment of dynamic modeling of the technical systems intended for settlement check of system operation of management of difficult technical objects and LCMS (Lean Construction Management System).

There are necessary means of integrated development environment, including the debugger and a kodogenerator. Functions for work with the whole data types facilitate creation of algorithms for microcontrollers and other applications.
At the solution of test problems SimInTech exceeds in the speed, accuracy and reliability of calculations all foreign analogs, including packets of SimuLink, VisSim, MATRIXx, etc.
SimInTech implements operation modes:
- Modeling
- modeling of processes of dynamics in the continuous, discrete and hybrid systems, including in the presence of data exchange with external programs and engineering devices;
- editing parameters of the skeleton diagram and calculation in the on-line mode;
- calculation in real time or in the mode of scaling of model time;
- restart, archiving and reproduction of results of modeling;
- the statistical signal processing (including external) based on a FFT.
- Analysis
- amplitude-phase frequency responses for any linear and the majority of the nonlinear systems (LAH, FChH, Nyquist, Mikhaylov, Popov's hodographs, etc.);
- coefficients, poles (own numbers) and zero transfer functions.
- Optimization
- parameter optimization of SAU in multicriteria setting in the presence of restrictions for the SAU parameters, runtime variables, managements, functionalities;
- parametrical identification of the calculated or experimental data.
- The synthesis implementing the following methods of synthesis of correcting devices:
- a frequency method - on the set frequency responses of SAU;
- a root method - on the set arrangement of roots of characteristic equation.
- Control and management will help to create:
- virtual control panels with analogs of instrumentations and control devices;
- symbolic circuits of technology processes with multimedia effects.

2015: SimInTech is compatible to "GosLinux"
On October 22, 2015 the company "3B" declared Service compatibility of SimInTech with "GosLinux".
