5nine Cloud Security

UTM (Universal Threats Management) is approach to information security management which integrates management of all main levels of protection: the firewall, an antivirus and the system of a detection/intrusion prevention (IDS/IPS), network security within one product.

5nine Cloud Security performs isolation of virtual machines and groups at the help of the firewall, agentless antivirus protection of virtual machines and networks, detection and protection against the attacks at the level of applications, monitoring and the reporting on incidents. The product is integrated with System Center VMM and the Azure Pack portal that "Security as service" in the clouds allows hosting providers to provide service. 5nine Cloud Security is developed in Russia taking into account requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including 152-FZ "About personal data" and such international standards as PCI DSS.

Cloud Security 8.1

On October 10, 2016 company 5nine Software submitted the version of Cloud Security v8.1.

In this version of a product protection of infrastructure of Hyper-V Server 2016 at the level of the virtual switchboard by means of the agentless technologies of anti-virus scanning, detection of invasions patented 5nine on a loss of applications and isolation of virtual machines and groups is provided.

Despite emergence in new Microsoft OS of the strengthened protection of virtual environment, for example, Shielded VM, infrastructure remains is subject to virus threats and the attacks at the level of applications. New version 5nine of Cloud Security provides protection of the virtualized DPCs against malware and vulnerabilities, allowing to scale quickly protection in the dynamic environment, to save resources of servers, increasing density of virtualization and to provide "Security as service" (SECaaS) a hosting to providers using the Azure Pack portal. In the latest version of a product many completions for exact compliance to requirements of the Russian legislation to information security tools in virtual environment were made. It will allow the Russian users of the Microsoft operating system to execute them without overexpenditure of means and complication of architecture of DPC. Cloud Security v.8

In the summer of 2016 5nine Software announced release 5nine Cloud Security v8. This version includes expanded logging, more effective detection of invasions, improvements of service of the notification of an antivirus and some other innovations in management, performance and scalability of the solution.

In the eighth version:

• Expanded logging and reports according to requirements of FSTEC
• The efficiency of analytics and notifications of an intrusion detection system is increased
• Synchronization and notifications of antivirus protection against Kaspersky Lab, Bitdefender and ThreatTrack is improved
• Management through PowerShell is improved
