ANTOR RouteMaster is a tool for effective management of mobile employees, incorporating the functionality of its predecessor, the ANTOR TerraMaster Agent system.

2022: Solution Presentation

On February 8, 2022, Antor Business Solutions (Antor) introduced a solution for the effective management of ANTOR RouteMaster mobile employees.

In 2019, it was decided to begin developing a solution for planning the work of ANTOR RouteMaster mobile employees. In preparing the technical assignment for programmers, a huge work was carried out to analyze the real needs of the market.

The development of any corporate information system always requires serious investments.

In financing of the ANTOR RouteMaster project Federal State Budgetary Institution Fund of Assistance to Development of Small Forms of the Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere greatly helped, within the Development — Digital Technologies program the grant was allocated, target financing of development of the software product is carried out that allowed to alleviate considerably the burden of financial expenses with ANTOR Group.

The first version of ANTOR RouteMaster was transferred to beta testing in August 2021. After training. As a result, valuable comments and suggestions on the development of the system functionality were received, which were taken into account when developing the commercial version of ANTOR RouteMaster.

Industrial tests have shown that using ANTOR RouteMaster, several measurable optimization indicators are achieved in relation to manual human planning without automation tools:

• reduction of the number of end performers (agents) while maintaining the volume of planned tasks by at least 15%;
• reduction of total working mileage of performers while maintaining the volume of planned tasks by more than 15%.
• the average number of objects visited by one agent is an increase of 25%.

And also that the implemented automatic algorithms for creating territories and planning day routes make it possible to qualitatively improve the work plan of end performers (agents) in terms of payload, optimal distribution of working time and selection of necessary labor resources. In addition, ANTOR RouteMaster has the opportunity to compile work schedules and routes not only for sales representatives, but also for merchandisers and promoters working in retail outlets.

Among the competitive qualities of ANTOR RouteMaster is versatility and geographical independence of application. ANTOR RouteMaster can be used in other industries where it is necessary to effectively manage employees who have a traveling nature of work, for example, these are service teams for equipment maintenance or cleaning services for apartments/offices. And thanks to the possibility of connecting various geographic information services, the geography of the applicability of the system goes far beyond the borders of the Russian Federation.

Officially, ANTOR's Birthday RouteMaster - a program for planning responsibility areas and routes of mobile employees serving customers, can be considered December 28, 2021. On this day, the Program for COMPUTER ANTOR RouteMaster was put into operation, accepted for accounting and put on balance sheet as an intangible asset. The start of active sales of ANTOR RouteMaster is scheduled for March 1, 2022.
