NCR provided the Interactive Teller technology allowing to carry out far off via the ATM video conference with the bank operator. The solution APTRA Interactive Teller solution allows to get support of the operator via the self-service device.
The system of a bilateral video conferencing is based on fundamentals of technologies of uGenius Technology company and is held for use in ATMs of NCR company of the SelfServ 32™ series.
Consumers can select whether they want to use fixed functions of the NCR SelfServ 32 ATM ATM, or to select the Interactive Teller interface for carrying out the transaction which is usually performed in department using the removed centralized attendant. The efficiency and safety of similar transactions allow banks to provide access to services of the operator round the clock, to create new mini-departments and to provide cash services of clients in areas where there are no departments.
A system allows to expand a range of services available via the ATM. For example, to manage deposits, to open new accounts or to initiate process of receiving the credit.
